TOASTS LIGHT

Avocado and cheese toasts





INGREDIENTS

8 slices of rye bread, 2 avocados, 100 g. Of cheddar cheese, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of horseradish, salt and pepper.




PREPARATION


1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone and separate the meat from the crust. Grind it with the lemon juice and the pepper.
2. Mix the cheese with the radish, season it and add it to the avocado cream.
3. Spread four slices of rye bread with one part of the cream and place another slice of bread on top of each. Spread over remaining cream and serve.
