Pasta-shells with turkey and spinach
Pasta with meat, cheese and tomato sauce - what could be better? The taste is always great. And dishes with such products together. This recipe, by the way, allows you to prepare meals in advance and freeze (up to 1 month). If necessary, defrost with stuffed pasta in the refrigerator and bake.
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon. L.
Onion, chopped - 1 pc.
Chopped garlic - 2 cloves
Minced turkey meat - 550-600 g
Spinach (frozen) - 250-300 g
Cream cheese is softened - 220 g
Cheese "Mozzarella" - 220 g
"Parmesan" grated cheese - 2 cups
Pepper (red), sliced and fried - 1 cup
Sol - ½ c ..
Black pepper powder - ½ c ..
Large pasta shells - 330 g
Tomato sauce (mix all ingredients and place in refrigerator)
Crushed tomatoes (canned) - 700 g
Fried tomatoes, sliced (canned) - 400 g
Italian seasoning (basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, thyme) - 1 c.
Salt - 1 c ..
Black pepper powder - ½ c ..

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the crushed turkey.Cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan cheese (1 ½ cups), pepper, salt and black pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Fill the cooked stuffed shells.
Place half of the tomato sauce on the bottom of greased baking dishes in the oven. Place stuffed pasta in sauce. Pour the remaining sauce and cook the dish in the oven for 45 minutes.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup) and cook for 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Fill the cooked stuffed shells.
