Salad with mussels and vegetables
Mussels, previously fried with garlic and basil, are ideally combined with fresh vegetables in this salad - with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
INGREDIENTS
Mussels frozen or fresh - 150 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Cucumber - 1 piece.
Onion - 0.5 pcs.
Lettuce leaves - 2 pcs.
Dried basil - 1/3 tsp.
Garlic - 2 teeth
Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon
Olive oil - 40 ml
Sunflower oil for frying - 40 ml
Tomato - 1 pc.
Cucumber - 1 piece.
Onion - 0.5 pcs.
Lettuce leaves - 2 pcs.
Dried basil - 1/3 tsp.
Garlic - 2 teeth
Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon
Olive oil - 40 ml
Sunflower oil for frying - 40 ml
