Chips of pork

Chalagach (pork on a rib) in Greek



Marinade for pork in Greek is prepared from honey, mint, juice and lemon zest. Marinated pork on the ribs is fried on the grill.


INGREDIENTS


Chelagach pork (chops on a rib) thickness of 2 cm - 4 pcs.(Only about 600 g)
Honey - 1/4 cup
Lemon peel chopped - 4 tsp.
Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Fresh mint (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp. L.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.



PREPARATION


How to cook pork on ribs in Greek:1. Remove fat from the meat. Fold the chops from the pork on the ribs in a large plastic bag with a clasp.2. Prepare marinade for pork in Greek. In a small bowl, combine honey, lemon zest and juice, mint, oil, salt and cayenne pepper.Pour this marinade into a bag of meat, fasten the packet and shake well, put the pork on the ribs in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, and preferably for a day, periodically turning over.3. Switch on the grill for preheating to medium temperature.Pork on ribs to get from the package with marinade and put on the grill. Fry the chelagach about 13 minutes, once turning over.The temperature on the thermometer for meat should reach 80 degrees.
