500 g Salmon Fish
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Red Chili Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon tandoori powder
2 tablespoons curd
1 tsp green chili cut
1 teaspoon lemon or tamarind water
1 teaspoon gram flour
Chut masala and salt according to taste

How to make


    Clean salmon well before the fish. It is very important to clean it with turmeric salt water before making the fish. Then cut it into a medium cube shape.
    Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric to the fish grind and marinate and keep the edge for 10 minutes.
    Now add Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder and Tandoori powder to the curd and add 1 tsp gram flour to it. Then put lemon juice or tamarind water and throw it well.
    After that, wrap the fish grinded with a mixture of Tandoori masala and curd. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease the oil with a brush over the fish and grind it into the oven for 15 minutes in the oven. Power should be 60.
